Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us by email or contact form with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but secondary shipping is not free and will be at your own cost

For framed art prints & framed canvas prints, It takes approximately 6-11 days for your artwork to arrive at your shipping location

For original paintings, it takes approximately 3-6 business days for your artwork to be delivered

- Exact dates are determinant on the size of the artwork & your location

All of our framed art prints and framed canvas prints are fulfilled by a third-party print on demand company, meaning shipping times are out of our immediate control.

All original artwork is packaged and shipped in house by artist Stevie Sobers, meaning we have more control over the shipping times.

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide for all of our framed prints! Shipment of original paintings are out of the Bay Area.

Unfortunately, we only offer free shipping on items placed through our fulfillment printing facilities (i.e. framed art prints and framed canvas prints) at the moment.
