How long will my artwork take to ship?

It takes about 5-11 business days for your artwork to arrive on your front door!

If I buy an original acrylic painting does that include FREE shopping as well?

Unfortunately, we only offer free shipping on items placed through our fulfillment printing facilities (i.e. framed art prints and framed canvas prints) at the moment. Shipping prices on original paintings are determinant on location and size of the painting

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide for all of our framed prints! Shipment of original paintings are out of the Bay Area.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us by email or contact form with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but secondary shipping is not free and will be at your own cost

How many days do I have to return my purchased wall art to receive a full refund?

You have 7 days to report any issues with your purchased wall art. If your return request is approved (aligns with our return policy and have deemed it a valid return) you have 30 days from the date it was delivered to return your artwork for full price

Does my framed artwork come ready to hang?

Yes! All framed artwork prints come framed and ready to hang on any wall in your space

Can I remove the frame of my wall art once I receive it?

Unfortunately, you cannot remove the canvas frames but you can remove the art print frames if you desire…but read the next fact the learn about how to order frameless prints
